How to transfer domain to new registrar

Backup your DNS settings for the domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Unlock domain
Remove privacy protection
Initiate domain transfer out with old registrar and obtain Auth (Authorization) code
Purchase domain transfer with new registrar and enter Auth code
Approve domain transfer with old registrar
Wait for new registrar to acknowledge transfer

Punycode

For Thai letter domains you need to convert the name to Punycode and apply it to
- Let's Encrypt (acme.sh or certbot)
- Apache web server (VirtualHost file)
