Extract [[http://tatewake.com/wiki/projects:monobook_for_dokuwiki|Monobook for DokuWiki]] template to <root>/lib/tpl directory

Extract [[http://tatewake.com/wiki/projects:display_wiki_page_for_dokuwiki|Display Wiki Page for DokuWiki]] plugin to <root>/lib/plugins directory

Extract [[http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:discussion|Discussion for DokuWiki]] plugin to <root>/lib/plugins directory

Extract [[http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:gcalendar|gCalendar for DokuWiki]] plugin to <root>/lib/plugins directory

==== Move the DokuWiki installation directory on the server ====

  mv -R <root> <newroot>
  touch <newroot>/conf/local.php

Note: the touch on one of the config files flushes DokuWiki's cache and forces to reload path and page information.
